Delivery

We know all too well how frustrating it is to order something beautiful, and then spend a-g-e-s waiting for it to arrive! So we work like crazy to despatch items to you as quickly as possible.

Items are sent carefully packaged by Royal Mail, and should be delivered within 3-5 days. But if you have a special mail request please fill out the section marked 'special instructions' at checkout.

Cancellations and Returns:

Our priority is to keep our customers happy and we want you to love your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and they are either damaged or broken or you have been sent the wrong item, then we will happily refund or exchange your item. Please note that we can only accept refunds on damaged, broken or incorrect items.

Please contact us at sales@fabiolaandsingsing.com within 14 days of receipt of your goods from Fabiola & Sing Sing if you need to return an item. Please then ensure that the goods are returned within 2 weeks. Please note that the refund can only be made back to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges on returns are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for items which don't reach us so please ask for receipt at the post office when you post any item back.
